First of all I'm on a mac so I have the studio version.
I'm trying to record LoL with obs, but no matter what i do with the settings the "laggyness" of the recording preview is always the same. If I put the resolution to 480p it's the same as the 1080p. The CPU usage stays under 30% at all times and the game itself while I'm recording runs perfectly normally with no impact on performance by obs.
LoL isn't really resource intensive anyways so, I don't understand.

All the help with this issue seems to be for the windows classic version or something. I don't have the same sort of settings that most people have so I couldn't rly find any help :/. Also, I'm quite noob.
