The preview looks sharp, but output is blurry

Hi guys,
I think I tried every solution I found on this forum, but nothing seems to work for me.
The preview in obs looks very good - sharp and the colors are "true", but when I check how it actually looks on stream it's completely different. The video is blurry and the colors are different. How is that possible?

Have a check on your output settings, set output mode to advance, then on your streaming tab set encoder to x264, rescale output- 1080, control rate - CBR and Bitrate - 4000Kbps. That should sort out your streaming quality.
