Question / Help The Preview Freezes when i move my mouse around alot in Minecraft

Hey guys who are reading this thread , I need help urgently as im starting a twitch account soon ....
1. I'm trying to stream Minecraft but when I preview the stream and move my mouse alot the preview freezes and stops the preview im not to sure why this happens maybe I need someone who can tell me good settings to use ! Il list my processor details below so please reply saying what advanced settings i should be on and other settings if possible

Processor : AMD A8-5500 APU with Radeon{tm} HD Graphics 3.20 GHz
Installed Memory (RAM) : 12.0 GB {11.9 GB usable}
System Type: 64-bit Operating System, x64-based processor

The problem is likely caused by the fact that AMD APUs are notoriously weak.
