Hi all. I have a 12700K processor and an AMD PX 6800 video card. I have always used an AMD encoder. I decided to try qsync HEVC. The video looks like a slide show

Your installed driver is almost 2 years old, update it & try again. Need to keep up with Intel drivers.....

I updated the drivers, but this did not solve the problem. I looked in the task manager and when I encode H265 the load on the processor video card is 96 percent. And when I turn on H264, the load is 56 percent and the freezes disappear. What settings do you recommend for the H265 codec?

I'm not sure if that's the problem, but if you can, I would advise keeping everything (game, capture app, encoder) on the same GPU.

YouTube has a max of 10 Mbps for 1080p 60fps H265 for live streaming so I would go with that for a CBR recording.

Also Window and Game Capture interfere with each other and shouldn't be in the same scene.

I would need to see a log with the new driver installed. Last log had some minor rendering lag (GPU overload) & real bad encoding lag. There was (2) encodes running on the iGPU, both of them using the Slow (TU3) Preset. If the encoder is 96% utilized, that is an overload condition so use faster Presets. TU4, TU5 or just encode a single stream.
