The page to download OBS for windows 10 won't work?

For some reason whenever I press download for the 64 bit version of windows the page pops up but then comes up with an error message telling me to reload the page as if I wasn't connected to the internet or the website was banned but for some reason the 32 bit version works just fine

Can you link the page you're trying to download from?
 
As far as I know both 64 and 32 are in the same installer and you don't get a choice to select one or the other. The correct version installs automatically on your system...

That isn't the case any more, 64 bit is far more common than it used to be and with the addition of CEF, bundling both together made unnecessarily large downloads.
