Question / Help The mic not work in the obs studio

The microphone and spekers does not work in the obs studio. On the main screen of the program, the microphone level does not move. In other apps ( Skype, Skype for business) everything is all right. The obs log file has a record about it :

Six months ago everything worked. Apparently, some application that blocks sound is installed. I just can not figure out what is the reason

Antivirus maybe? Look at the antivirus and firewall logs (if any).

Yes it is! New version of Kaspersky Anti-Virus KES 10.3.0.6294 , Application Privilege Conterol component blocks OBS. In the previous version of Kaspersky everything was fine. Thanks!
