My facebook live streams constantly stop suddenly due to this issue:
"The live video has ended because we have received the RTMP signal from your encoder to eliminate the transmission"

does the stream stop shortly after starting? if yes, most likely you aren't following Facebook rules on stream settings, so they are effectively telling you to stop

38% frames is lost - your bandwidth is insufficient.
First use cable connection - to eliminate WiFi problems.
Second maybe 6000 kb/s is too much lower to 4500.

I actually use 2300 kb/s

Your log shows all sort of network issues (unrelated to OBS)
as noted above, don't use WiFI
streaming to Facebook at 1280x720 30fps would mean a bitrate in the 4000 kbps range, if I recall correctly.
