I'm trying to record stuff using my webcam (Vitade 682H Pro) and the light (natural light from my window) keeps rapidly flashing bright then dark and it never ends no matter what I do (artificial light from my ceiling lamp also flickers when I try that too).
I tried lowering the FPS (didn't even stop at 10 FPS), I lowered the quality from 1920x1080 to everything below, I tried altering the properties, I tried updating my drivers, I tried everything I can think of.
The only improvement I've managed to make is that now instead of constantly flashing, it only flashes if I get slightly closer to the webcam (so I still can't create the type of videos I want), and I don't know how I even managed to do that.
An important note is that I have fixed this problem in the past but due to a mishap today I deleted and lost the OBS settings for my webcam that fixed it, and now I don't remember how to fix it again. So I know for a 100% fact that my webcam has the capability to work at 1920x1080 at at least 30fps without the lights flickering, but I don't remember how...
I would really appreciate some help. Btw, I'm horrible with computers, think of me as a 5 year old born during the medieval era.
PS: I also have another side problem, the light from my window in the footage is intensely bright compared to how it actually looks, it looks like my house is in the centre of a white dwarf star, so I'd appreciate help with this too.
