The last obs update is killing my cameras.

Hello,

I have a windows 11 laptop and a windows 10 pc that I do streaming on. Everything had been going great for me until the last obs update. Since than I have been having problems with my cameras both freezing and disconnecting. I have done plenty of troubleshooting on my own end and am pretty convinced that obs has caused this and that the program needs updated. I have two Logitech c615 webcams and an elgato HD60 game capture device that have both started freezing while I am using obs. The only thing that I can do to get the devices working again is to remove them from the usb port and plug them back in. I have been streaming on tiktok and facebook and this is very upsetting to me that I am pretty much not able to run my streams anymore as a result of this problem. Whatever is going on with this the devices are transitioning to a device not recognized state on my computer. I have tried using diferent ports, shutting off any windows features that could possibly cause similar issues and updating my drivers. Nothing is working. This is not the first time I have experienced major problems after an obs update. I am just hoping that this will get fixed. I was hoping obs would figure out already that there is a coding bug in the most recent update but we haven't gotten any new updates yet so I feel like I need reach out on this because I can't run my streams anymore. Both of my cameras have been disconnecting and freezing as well as my elgato and this is happening on both of my computers.

Thank you for your help.

I sent complaints to windows as well yesterday since these are both windows computers, it looks like there is a handful of people complaining about their webcams not working, I don't know if windows is causing this or if its obs.
