Question / Help The keyboard and mouse do not work in the interact option

When trying to interact with a website, the keyboard and mouse don't work and I don't find how to fix it.

I want to connect Facebook alerts, and I already put the address of the page, but it asks me to enter Facebook, but when giving the option to interact, it doesn't let me use neither the keyboard nor the mouse to put my username and password,

I use Mac Mojave 10.14.4
