im using an up to date nvidia driver (gt 640), and it still doesnt work. even at previous versions. i tried re installing the driver, but it still doesnt work, only worse. someone help
the installed nvidia driver does not support this nvenc version, try updating the driver

I'm using 522.30 without issue. Don't think you want it any older than that.

I'm using the Studio Driver, the Game ready Driver is 522.25.

Looking at your 1st post, I see GT640 mentioned. I don't see any 600 series cards on the NVENC support list anymore...
