Question / Help The game I stream lags only for Twitch streaming.

I am hopeless because every time I try to stream Secret of Mana on Steam, while the game doesn't lag while I play, it lags for my Twitch broadcasting as my viewers always witness heavy lags all along. Then in my OBS, it always says Encoder Overloaded. There is nothing I can do to fix it. This game is unstreamable. What am I suppose to do about this? IDK if it has something to do with my PC being Intel Inside Core i3.
