So, my main problem is: the fps is fixed to 20 whenever I try to record a game called osu!. osu! is kinda weird game, it gives me 2000 fps usually when I play the game (my pc spec is: 7500 / 1060 6gb), because each frame counts the key input (idk really about this).
This problem happened eventually when I was trying to record osu w/ obs, actually I was trying to try the chroma key on osu since it has black background, so I was trying to put a handcam on there. However when I applied changes, the fps fixed to 20, and even when I installed the whole obs, osu, and even the windows, I do still get 20 fps.
