Encoding for a period of time takes a lot of time and then the encoding resumes. In this case, the end-to-end delay of the live stream is very high. The reason is that the number of frames skipped by obs encoding will be recorded, and the delay caused by consuming these repeated frames will increase. It maybe a bug.
