in xsplit,
there is about 3~5 seconds delay on justin.tv

but there is about 8~10 seconds delay in OBS

are there any ways to reduce the delay ?

there is an option called "automatic low latency mode"
i enabled this, but couldn't see are any effects
and i would like to know more about this function, and the meaning of "latency tuning factor"

(sorry for my poor english)

obs buffer things in a different way than xsplit.. obs will have some delay optimizations in the very near future so look up for that

also you don't have to use low latency mode from advanced. it has nothing to do with the delay and will make your connections less forgiving so don't use it just for that.

I'm removing the buffer in an upcoming test version soon so that there is almost no buffering delay

I just removed almost all the buffering in the latest test version (0.473b network test 1) -- meaning the delay should be pretty much gone. Try it out.

Just tested, and the delay seems to be reduced to like 1-3 seconds. Thumbs up here!
