Question / Help The best settings for my computer.

Oke so I'm having a some problems with my OBS , I have a pretty decent Computer and bandwith and I can't find the perfect options.

Procesor: Intel I7 930
RAM memory: Kingston HyperX Predator
Video card: ATI RADEON 7850
Monitor resolution: 1920x1080
Motherboard: Asus Rampage
SPEEDTEST.NET>
Download : 64.27 MB/s
Upload: 66.02 MB/s

Can you guys help me with this ? :)
