** HARDWARE AND CONNECTION SPEED SPECIFICATIONS ARE AT THE END OF THE POST **
Hello, guys!
Currently, I'm using the OBS to record my videos and my broadcasts, but I have two problems: (1) when recording videos, the image, when moving, does not stay so good, but when stopped it stays good. (2) The second problem is that, when broadcasting, my FPS isn't so fine, even having a good PC hardware. So, I would like to ask some questions:
1. Could someone make two config. files (one for recording and another for recording), which both have the better cost/benefit in relation to the quality and the performance following my hardware configs.?
2. What can entail the first (1) problem and the second (2) problem? And what should be the correction?
3. Is there anything wrong with my hardware or connection? Should I improve any piece?
[HARDWARE]
Processor: i7 2600K
Video card: Gigabyte Radeon HD 7970 3GB
Energy source: Corsair TX750 Watts
RAM: Corsair Vengeance 8GB (2x4GB)
HD: Seagate 1TB

Thank you so much for attention!
