Huston, we have a problem....

The audio is delayed over the video !!
Normally is on reverse, the video take time to be processed and OBS have a field to delay the audio and lip sinc everything.

But please, help us, how we can cancel the audio delay over the video (six frames at 50Hz) ???

You can enter negative numbers in the audio offset field.

Or... you can add a filter to whichever video source you want to delay, and choose Async Delay.

thank you so much for your reply, I have already done an attempt with negative numbers but there is no interaction between values and delay.
The second one can be a good solutions. I'll make a test asap and post the results here.

a scene filter set to 300 ms delay on rendering fixed the issue perfectly.
