Someone have this problem?

If I keep OBS opened, even not streaming, GTA go mad and take long time to load textures, big object in game world disappears while moving fast. If I stop, textures and objects slowly reappear. I can link a video of the problem. https://youtu.be/v_QeIbm6gXU?t=5152

The problem started just after formatting PC. OBS is last version, GTA file checked and all OK.

I have not a log ready, but I must save the log while playing?

Looking at your video it looks like you use many browser sources, those can take a big hit on performance. Even those that are not visible can stay open if their option is uncheched. Those two webcam overlay don't help it either and when used with a slow codec like MJPEG take more hits on your performance.

For example my gaming scene uses 2% cpu only. Fast webcam coded with only one browser source that runs on 1fps

Ok tired with new scene collection with just "full screen capture" and the problem is still here. Even with no source *at all* and cpu at 3%.

After reinstalling windows 10 I can't play GTA on stream any more... I tried to disable everything else: overlays, unneeded services, uninstalled antivirus and using Win10 one, uninstalled Geforce Experience. The problem is OBS and only on my PC. On a friend's one it works fine.

Can I try something else? Older OBS version?

Post a log with a record or stream attempt.

I'm near 1.6 GB on VRAM used by GTA. The problem started after a fresh install, before it was OK. And only on GTA. No clue at all, rockstar's tech are
puzzled too.
