Question / Help Texture -> Map failed

Hello,

So Im recording The Witcher 3 and OBS has crashed, this has happened multiple times now and it is annoying as it means I have to keep re-doing the video as the already recorded footage becomes corrupt. This doesn't always happen but when it does it happens multiple times. I have attached a snip of the error message I get, any help would be greatly appreciated! I have checked the drivers for my GPU and everything is fine and upto date.

It is not OBS that crashes, the drivers are crashing, resulting in OBS giving you that error. You probably also got the message the the Nvidia driver froze and needed to be reset?

Yea I figured as much, but no I didn't get a message about my graphics card crashing and I never have done. I only ever get the OBS one by the way I have a GTX 970 and Im running windows 8.1 if that helps understand what's going on.
