Question / Help Texture map failed

I tried to stream for the first time today, and I encountered a few issues. After about an hour or 2, I kept getting a message stating that the texture map failed and then I would get a popup saying my driver had frozen or crashed. I'd then have to restart obs and turn the stream back on, but after this first initial problem it just kept doing it.

I've tried to look through solutions but I just can't seem to find out what to do.

I also have another issue (that a lot of people seem to have) where obs wouldn't recognise games and instead displayed them as a black rectangle, this even happened in windowed mode. I had to resort to streaming just as a monitor as it was the only way I could get it to work.

I couldn't get the log file from when it kept crashing earlier, as I wasn't sure which it would be. But I got the error while I was previewing to try to work it out, so I'll attach that log file.

Your video driver reported an internal error. Please check for possible hardware / driver issues. This error can also occur if you have enabled opencl in x264 custom settings.

I've ended up setting both to run on my other card (the intel one). I don't know if this was the right thing to do but I *think* it has solved my issue. Is there a problem with nvidia or something? Is it okay for me to use the intel card?
