Question / Help Texture-> Map Failed: 0x887a005 0x887a0005 with AMD.

This happens everytime I try to stream a game while playing on my pc. It's weird because I've played a little bit while off stream with no issue. Log-> http://pastebin.com/fwP4Uz82 If this could be fixed i'd really appreciate it :D. I've looked everywhere for a solution and found nothing.

Haven't played a lot off stream though, like barely. so it might occur regardless. not sure though.

Yeah ive tried that with no success:/ ill double check doing it on game capture though.
Weird because the game is perfect prior to it crashing. can run games on high but just to be safe have played on medium.
