Bug Report Text plugin: Spotty unicode support

The text plugin does not support supplementary unicode planes very well. If a font does not contain the appropriate glyphs, it will not fall back to another font, also sometimes even if the font has the proper glyphs it will stop rendering them after the text changes, and until OBS is restarted.

I am aware of the issue, though not entirely sure how to handle it.
