Text Outline

Pretty simple idea, and from what I've read fairly simple to implement with GDI.

What I would like to see is the ability to outline text, for example white text with black border. This makes your text show up nicely no matter what the color of the background is.

Homeworld contributed to code to make this possible. I didn't even know GDI+ could do that personally, pretty cool stuff.
