Bug Report Text in OBS is messed up for me

Yesterday, upon launching OBS I noticed quickly that the text is messed up. I waited until the next build, and after updating it, it still happens. I've tried running as administer and tried rebooting my system twice. Below are images of it.

Looks like OBS is set to a different language.

Press the button beneath your microphone and select English from the list, if it's written in english :)
