Hello...
I have a text source that reads a list of names from a file and scrolls it vertically in a loop. However since 29.0.1 (if not 29.0) it no longer works as it used to.
Symptoms: If the scroll effect filter is disabled, then the head of the list is visible, but it doesn't scroll. If the filter is enabled, then no text is visible. I've checked the file to ensure it's not empty and it's not. It doesn't seem to matter whether the vertical speed is zero or non-zero.
Oddly, if I create a text source and simply put some lines of text in the Text box and apply a scroll filter, it will scroll as expected. As far as I can tell, OBS has access to the directory the file is in.
I'm running 29.0.2 on a Mac mini M1 with 16 GB of RAM and 512 GB of storage with MacOS Ventura 13.2.1, but it was (mis)behaving like this under the previous version of MacOS, too.
I would be grateful for any help with this. Thanks!
