Text box alignment

I have done this before but cannot remember how. I have a title screen with some text that changes every week. When I add the text, the text size changes and remains centered in the box as I change the text. I am trying to add a new text box with the same properties, but it is not performing in the same way that I need it to.

Where do I change the settings of the text box to keep it within the confines of the box I have created, but also centre it and make the text size change with the amount of text entered?

May be it's probably the transform you're searching. Right-click the source > Transform > Edit Transform.
