++i use streamlabs
specs:
ryzen 5 3600x
msi gtx 970 4gb

i play valorant only and need to rec clips with high quality and NO performance loss / latency

Max B Frames 0
Bilinear Fastest

I suggest you use the Max quality preset, also, use VBR for recording (I use 2500Kbps as min, and 7000Kbps for max) and profile main

Sorry, I use my OBS for giving classes so I don't share my recordings, but those are the settings recommended for good quality and reasonable video size. If storage is not a problem for you, then you can crank up the Max bitrate to 10k
