Question / Help Terrible Framerate loss

Hi,

I've been streaming for 1 year or more. Never had an issue I couldn't find here before.. UNTIL TODAY.

Problem: When streaming Destiny 2 from PC, I have a severe frame rate loss on my stream. My game can play 90+ fps, but my output to stream FPS varies great from 20-60fps.

This is an issue of FPS over stream - my in game FPS is stable.

NOTE 1: I had successfully streamed D2 for about 9 hours the previous 2 days. Today, the frame loss has been unbearable.

NOTE 2: Having even 1 chrome web page open is killing frame rate even worse. The past 2 days I had many web pages open with no issues.

I have attached screen shots of all my settings within Destiny, OBS and my Rig.

Because you aren't using embed addresses

Can someone update this please? I to am only facing stream lag specifically on Destiny 2. Just like ProYunk, my-ingame FPS on Destiny 2 is fine but stream is incredibly laggy.
