Question / Help Terrible FPS, blurriness, and other issues

I'm completely new to recording/streaming, but I wanted to start recording some of my Minecraft gameplay just to see how they turn out and possibly start uploading them. I chose OBS Studio because it seems to have been generally well received and is also free. When I actually record I have no issues, but when I watch the replay, my FPS is horrible, like to the point where you can't see what's happening; often the whole screen will appear to freeze for several seconds. I've looked around a little bit to try to troubleshoot; I've made sure my output and base resolution are the same and I have my FPS capped in game. It's probably some dumb setting I have on either my computer or the software itself that is due to me not knowing anything about screen recording. If that's not the case, then I suspect it is an issue with my internet connection or my PC, but I've never had any issues in the past with internet connection on my PC so I'm not sure how I'd fix it.

This computer is well below the minimum specs for use with OBS.

You have only an Intel integrated GPU, and you are overloading it.

22:58:24.898: Output 'simple_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 115 (25.8%)

22:44:42.350: Output 'simple_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 4032 (31.6%)

22:53:46.190: Output 'simple_file_output': Number of lagged frames due to rendering lag/stalls: 1076 (88.6%)

You cannot record 60fps on this hardware. Suggest you re-target for 720p resolution or lower, 30fps only.

Tried 720p and 30fps, doesn't really help. Guess I just don't have the right computer for this.
