Question / Help Terrible audio output from obs

Hi, My Name is Dutta, I'm using media server to stream live on Facebook but the audio is crashing its echoing horribly I have tried every fixed but couldn't fix the problem. I'm using a MORACH TWISTER for capturing the live video feed

Please help me out
