Tenveo PTZ USB Camera

Recently picked up a Tenveo PTZ x20 USB camera for our church to stream from. We were using the IOS plugin which has been working perfectly for us since Covid hit. But we are now looking for a more permanent solution to be able to PTZ remotely. We opted with this camera as the PTZ Optics is out of the budget for the time being. Is there any way to be able to have this pan, tilt or zoom automatically by each scene in OBS?

I have the same question but for a Minrrary PTZ camera that supports NDI. I saw that there is a commercial app called CamController that might work, but I can't find any reviews from anyone about it, and I can't download it from the maker because their preregistration fails.
