tears up the picture on the monitor but not on the broadcast

I have such a problem, I have a fairly high and stable fps in any game, but take CS2 or Valorant, I have 300+fps in them, when I just open the obs, I kind of start tearing up the picture, like instead of 144 hertz, I got 60 and it constantly jumps, when however, there are no lags on the stream or recording itself and it is not noticeable, the picture breaks only on my screen. I've been suffering for 2 months now, it's just impossible to play when the picture is tearing up so terribly, while the stream is going great, but my eyes are suffering

If it's just your monitor, it's the classic screen tearing and has nothing to do with OBS. You activate vsync in the game against this, or you get a monitor+graphics card that supports gsync or freesync.

why does this gap start when the obs is turned on then? and how to fix it, if you enable g\v sync, it doesn't help

I have freesync on my monitor, but it doesn't help in any way) it probably only makes it worse

with OBS closed, I don't have that.
