Question / Help Tearing Issues

Hi, I have recently spent a lot of money on a really good pc and internet connection. I set up the steam to recommended settings and everything seems to be working fine was streaming on Twitch but for some reason when streaming Starcraft HOTS I get tearing as I move around the map. Is there anything that can be done to stop this?

My PC specs are as follows:

Processor Intel Core i7 3.20GHz 2.25GHz
RAM 12GB
64-bit

I average around 30Mbps download and around 10Mbps Upload

Can you show us a video of the issue?

Do you think you could post your log? viewtopic.php?f=6&t=97

Also can you do a speed test on http://testmy.net and post the result?
