Question / Help Tearing in the vídeos

First of all sorry for my english.

Well, im getting Tearing while im Streaming and also if im saving the video on the local hard drive.

Watch this test I made.

The rectangle is getting cuted xD And this happens with all games (battlfield and others...), in the capture device it looks fine, and im using Monitor Capture and Sub-Region selection.

Monitor capture tends to have this sort of problem if on windows 7/vista. There's not much you can really do about it.

With windows 8 the problem is solved ?

yeah windows 8 works perfect with monitor capture dont even have to disable aero there
