Teal colour matching

Hi all.

I was hoping someone maybe able to assist, I’ve done a live stream recently with my camera, it was a UK Pool event the colour of the cloth was teal, unfortunately the darn cloth is showing up as like a light blue I’m under the impression this colour is difficult.

The first image is how it should look, the second image is how it is looking, I’ve modified the colours goodness knows how many times but not able to get there.

Looking at the pics, it seems like the camera is shifting the teal quite a bit towards blue. I’d try tweaking the white balance first, rather than messing with the colors in OBS too much. Also worth checking if the camera has its own color settings that might be affecting it.

This is reduced green. May happen when BT.601 wrongly decoded as BT.709. But take in mind that these screenshots has color profiles from the Mac based system, so this can be anything...

Yeah i spent almost 2 hours today trying to colour match it using the cameras colour settings, white balance, exposure, iso, lighting balance, just nothing appeared to bring it towards the first colour seems to be terrible fiddly, maybe the camera just isn’t up for it, I even tried HDR which also done nothing but brighten the picture up.

I don’t think the log file is going to help i believe it’s just a matter of playing a bit more with the colour settings.

A log file details your settings so someone could point out an actual change to make rather than guessing based on nearly zero information.
