TALLY FOR PTZ CAM - VISCA TCP

I have a camera that has tally lights, the lights use the visca tcp protocol. I would like a plug-in or the PTZ control plug-in that already exists in OBS had the function to send when the camera is in preview or program changing the color of the tally

Not a complete solution, but the Advanced Scene Switcher can already do that detection:

It does not do VISCA (yet?), but one of my rigs has it call an external utility that I wrote to do that. Thus, controlling PTZ's from Adv. SS.

Another of my requests - OSC (Open Sound Control) - did become native, so there's a chance that you could get VISCA added to it too. Post this on the Adv. SS discussion thread, and see what happens.

Thanks for the tip! I managed to run .py files with the visca command. It's not the best solution nor the most practical, but it works. The PTZ Controls plugin for obs could have a tally function, in vmix I just need to select a checkbox and everything works.
