TalkOver Video Rewind - Do talk over while watching the video and be able to take multiple takes using a rewind feature

This script solves the problem of trying to do a talkover and lay it on top of a pre-existing video that you've edited.
Export a video that you've edited that you're working on. It can be even in a lower setting. Bring it in to So you can view it in the left window while you can do your talk over live in the right window.
So you're watching your video and doing a talk over at the same time.
This script has multiple features.
