(sorry for my bad english :))

Hello.. i got the "WARNING Taking too long to encode. Skipping Frame" Problem. And i hope, you can help me..

First:
I played ARMA3 about 3 hours in a stream, with no problems, and after a few days i would play again and i got this warning. I tried so many configurations and tipps from this forum, but i don't find a solution..

What i tried:
- Changed the configs to really low preferences and many configs, that i found here and on the internet
- Reinstalled Windows 8
- Killed all unnecassary Tasks/Processes
- with Streaming, just preview, just recording
- with directx11, with directx10, windowmode, fullscreenmode, lowest gamesettings, etc.

What happend:
I can play about 6 minutes without any problem, after the 6 minutes the game is lagging for a few seconds, and OBS give me the warning (but there is nothing in the logfiles). At this point the game is lagging every 30 to 60 seconds but there is enough free ram and cpu, etc.

(this is while i tried to stream saints row 3 ... the low points are the moment of lagging)

Are there other ideas, what i can do? I cant believe, that my computer is not good enough for recording an old game...
