Hello friends, I need some of ur help.

I have a problem of skipped frames, that appears after Windows 7 reinstall. It makes me a bit nervous, cause nothing changed - all the drivers I had was installed, I have only programs like Vegas, Skype, Mozilla installed and nothing else.
there is my log.

Still, when I'm running local stream of League of Legends with 25 fps there is no problems with lags ingame.

I dont really understand what to do, cause it worked perfect before windows reinstall.
My comp is not that good as i want to, but IT WORKED and was worked really good!
Config: Windows 7 64, AMD x2 5200+, 4GB RAM, ATI Radeon HD 4650.

"Taking too long to encode" essentially means you're pushing your PC too far. You should try downscaling in your Video settings to something like 480p. If the message is still there, try lowering your stream FPS to 20. Unfortunately with that processor/video card, you really can't get the quality you're trying to get.

I did that, unfortunately - nothing changed. Maybe it's a problem with some drivers etc? Cause it worked fine before I set a new Windows 7, more than that - it's a same Windows 7, so nothing changed at all. I guess I miss something, maybe some codec or i dunno.

Your dual core processor isn't powerful enough to encode at those settings. It is dying on the encoder step.

Things you can try:
* Downscale your resolution by 2x or 3x
* Change your x264 preset to superfast or ultrafast
* Lower your frame rate

Beyond that, there's not much to do to reduce load. Dual core CPUs are just notoriously bad at live-encoding video.
