Question / Help Taking too long to encode. Skipping Frames! HELP PLS

3 Days ago i tried to record with OBS. it really NEVER made problems. But this day..

I couldnt record because of the error "WARNING: Taking too long to encode. Skipping Frames!"

My game is lagging and then the Video is only one picture.

Uh, for some reason the log is reporting your CPU as a single core, which is absolutely not correct. Can you check your BIOS settings, maybe set them back to default?

ok i was looking in Bios now. the "multicore usage" was set to "false". I set it tot true and now my computer is bit faster but then I recorded again and looked into the log. It's still reporting it as a single core..

Ok I fixed it! Ty bro! :P My Bios wrong and my msconfig was false. Now i fixed it ! GG
