Attached are 2 log files. The first one is from November when I think I wasn't having issues, but I don't know how to interpret the log file so I posted it as a reference.
Specs:
windows 8.1 64 bit
intel core i5 760 2.8ghz OC to 3.1ghz
12288MB DDR3 RAM
NVIDIA Geforce GTX 570 4042MB
Game:
FFXIV Standard Laptop settings @60 FPS
Windowed Mode
Basically my issue is that I keep getting 'too long to encode error, skipping frames'. I don't use twitch normally. I think in one of those logs I was using it, but since then I've tried to file output only to troubleshoot. Nothing has worked. I read the forums, googled it, went through each setting individually and did a preview stream each time.
If I'm standing still in game it's fine, but as soon as I start moving a lot it just freezes and then gives me the error.
Things I've already tried that I see a lot of people ask in other threads:
Lowering bitrate, raising bitrate
lowering FPS, raising fps
lowering resolution scale from lowest to highest
Please let me know if I can provide anymore information.
