Question / Help Taking to long to encode

Sup guys my obs was working fine afew days ago with no problems now all of a sudden I Keep getting this message!
Sorry i dont understand what any of this means...

Are you alt tabbing a lot or running something else in the background? Your log actually looks fine, you have an extremely low number of skipped frames, which is what causes that message to appear. Makes me think it was something you were doing briefly, or an errant process on your PC that caused a momentary hiccup.
