Question / Help Taking to Long to Encode, Skipping HELP!

Hello, everyone!

So i usually never had this problem but as of lately its beening giving me trouble, everytime i stream even just my webcam on twitch for tests it skips and i get the taking to long to encode message on the bottom of OBS. Can anyone help me out with my settings or in general at all?

My PC Specs Are

- i5 2550k Not Overclocked Stock
- 8gbs of ram
- Raedon HD6550 (i know its old)

I used to be able to stream full 1080 without a problem this is just starting to happen more.

I am having this problem too, it's occurred within the last few days and I'm getting skipping problems, according to people it freezes for a second every 8-9 seconds that I'm doing something.
