Question / Help System Upgrade, OBS still getting HIGH ENCODING warning...

I just upgraded my PC to a much better rig than I previously had. The older PC was not optimal, and my setting in OBS had to accommodate for that (profile set to "ultrafast", lower bitrate).

With the new upgrades, for some reason, I still have to use the old settings (minus the resolution being upped to 1080) in OBS to run without getting the "HIGH ENCODING" warning. I figured since I upgraded I should be able to run the default "veryfast", but I cannot. I have to revert to the exact settings I had before in order to record smoothly.

I have troubleshooted myself, did about everything I could think of (quality balance, custom crf setting, lowering bitrate, nvenc, etc)

What could be causing this issue? I feel like this should not be happening with the hardware I have.

Here is the log:

Thanks for any help,
