Question / Help System requirements to streaming on Youtube

Hello guys. Can i stream games like League of Legend, Overwatch, etc with this system. I'm sorry if my English is bad.

Mainboard Asrock H110M-ITX/ac
Intel core i3-6100 3.7GHz/3MB Socket 1151 Skylake
Ram Gskill 16 Gb (2×8Gb) DDR4 Bus 2133Mhz
HDD Western Caviar 1TB 7200Rpm , SATA 3 6Gb/s, 64 MB Cache
Intel SSD 540s SATA3 120GbGb
VGA Card Gigabytes N1060G1 Gaming6Gb
FSP Power supply HYN series HYN450ATX
I'm worry that my CPU can't handle my 1060 Vga card. And should i change my i3 CPU to i5 6500 3.2Ghz/6MB?
