Question / Help System is missing runtime components even though I installed all of them

When I installed OBS, it says that "your system is missing runtime components that OBS Studio requires". Then I went on the site to install both the vc2017redist_x64 and vc2017redist_x84. I even have the 2013 x64 and x84 on my computer. Then I restarted everything yet, OBS still doesn't want to install.

Can someone help me? These "missing files" problems started happening ever since I decide to update the software.

Download .7z of the OBS Studio (https://github.com/obsproject/obs-studio/releases) unpack and run obs64.exe - it will show to you if any files are still missing.
