Question / Help Syncing my PC/laptop camera feed to my Raspberry Pi 4/Retropie Twitch stream... without a capture card?

Hello. I'm very new to all this so please forgive me if this is easily solvable. I currently have my Raspberry Pi 4 with Retropie set up to automatically stream to Twitch every time I use a customized emulator that sends the game to my stream. I would like to add a camera feed from my laptop, and while I can stream just a camera feed to my Twitch, and just my game feed from my Pi, I unfortunately can't do this at the same time, and I was wondering how to accomplish this, preferably without the need to drop x dollars on a capture card, but if that's the only way, then so be it. While I might technically be able to run the games on my laptop, I think doing that and streaming at the same time would put too much a burden on it (this is by no means a gaming laptop and I can't even play some Steam games on here without serious lag) so I would prefer to stream the games from my Pi 4 and hopefully add a video capture. It's worth noting my laptop does have an HDMI out and there is an extra HDMI port on my Pi 4. I'm just not sure how exactly to configure it. Any help would be most appreciated. Thanks!
