Sync problems with Cam Link 4K through Nikon DSLR

My OBS Studio is version 25.0.8 64-bit.

I have an Elgato Cam Link 4K display capture card sending the HDMI output from my Nikon D7100 into my Dell Ryzen 5 2500U laptop running on 110v power. I use this camera with a wireless audio receiver going straight into the camera and it flawlessly records on the memory card in the camera for YouTube videos posted a few hours later. It was hoped that we could use the same camera feed for live streaming and at the same time record on the SSD in the laptop, eliminating the need to record to the camera's memory card. For now we have another church member streaming on an iPhone at lower quality.

I am using this setup in trials to stream and record our church service through Facebook Live, and am experiencing an irregular sync delay in both streaming and recording to an SSD in the Dell Inspiron 7375 laptop running Windows 10. The audio is several seconds behind the video but irregular from trial to trial in the church sanctuary. I have additional details which could be emailed to a support person.

Here is a sample of a lengthy sync problem https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L9AlpSBRSnE&feature=youtu.be
Look for the clap around 30 seconds in, and the audio is far behind. Other trials had 7 and 9 second sync delays.

I have had a lengthy exchange with Elgato tech support and other than trying a different computer, suggested I reach out to you for help. Any ideas?

Have you checked your HDMI settings on the camera (if exist). This was a problem with my Sony a7iii when my HDMI was set to output 24FPS instead of 60FPS. I believe this was a specific issue with my camera but worth checking.
