Sync Offset Stopped Working

Suddenly the audio sync offset has stopped working. No matter what I set it, there's no delay anymore.

The version is 26.1.0.

In my recording, the sync offset is working, but its not working when streaming anymore.

Same here! It is VERY inconvenient!

The audio was perfectly synced (using a -1372ms delay) for months. And 2 weeks ago, I noticed that it was ahead of the video as we streamed Live, in spite of the -1372ms setting. Thinking it might be a change in one of their "streaming speed", I adjusted the sync offset parameters... but I went all the way to -1700ms to NO avail!!! The audio did crackle when I made the change but was still just as unsynced as before!

Please, help!
It is sooo tedious to have to edit our videos using a separate software and manually sync video to audio AFTER it streamed, and then reupload it to YouTube and Facebook, loosing all our metadata in the process.... :( :(
